AI Career Accelerator

AI-Enabled Employability and Workplace Performance · A two-day cohort programme.

Use AI without losing the judgement that makes you employable — and prove you have it.

Junior roles have always been how people learned. You did the routine research, wrote the first draft, checked the figures — and by doing that badly and then better, you built judgement. That routine work is exactly what AI now does.

So a young professional who lets AI do the work they would have learned from arrives at thirty with five years of output and two years of judgement. The output looks identical either way. The career outcome does not. This programme is largely about teaching people to tell the difference, and to build evidence that they can.

Two days · Onsite or live online · Up to 40 learners · Delivered by Aditi Vohra

Two routes, both available now

For universities and colleges — available now. Two-day institutional cohort programme. Final-year students, postgraduates and freshers. Your career-services or placement team receives a cohort capability report.
₹2,50,000 + GST, up to 40 learners.

For corporate graduate and early-career cohorts — available now. Two-day corporate cohort programme. Graduate intakes, management trainees and early-career teams. Examples, emphasis and reporting are contextualised for work inside an employer rather than for coursework.
₹3,25,000 + GST, up to 40 learners.

International. Live online US$7,500 · onsite US$9,500 + travel at actuals · up to 40 learners.

Additional learners ₹5,000 + GST each, or US$150 each, from 41 to a maximum of 60. Payment 60% on written confirmation, 40% seven calendar days before delivery.

A twelve-session semester route is available by separate commercial proposal. The curriculum and assessment architecture remain consistent; scheduling, facilitator commitment and delivery economics differ.

Who it is for

  • Final-year undergraduate and postgraduate students
  • Freshers, interns and job seekers
  • Early-career professionals, roughly the first three years
  • Corporate graduate and early-career cohorts

What it does not claim. Employment and placement outcomes depend on factors beyond programme delivery and are not guaranteed. We commit to capability development, assessed work and a clear evidence trail — not employment promises. Learners do not become AI engineers or data scientists, and we never suggest otherwise.

Why this is not an AI tools course

Many AI courses aimed at students focus heavily on tools and prompting. That content is free, abundant, and depreciating as tool fluency becomes universal — and it dates the moment an interface changes.

There are no product names, no screenshots and no step-by-step interface instructions in this programme, deliberately. What it teaches is durable: how to verify, when to use AI and when not to, what to do when an output affects another person, and how to produce work you can be questioned on.

As AI use becomes commonplace, the differentiator is increasingly whether a young professional can verify, explain and defend the work AI helped produce.

The twelve modules

Module What the learner can do afterwards
01 What AI Actually Does Say which technology is involved and judge when output must be checked
02 Data, Analytics and How Machines Learn Talk about data credibly and spot a misleading analysis
03 Using It Well Get materially better output than a peer using the same tool
04 The Learning Trap Decide, task by task, when to use it and when not to
05 Integrity — Academic and Professional Use AI without risking their position, and check what affects other people
06 Research and Synthesis Produce researched work that survives a supervisor checking it
07 Writing and Communication Write faster without sounding like everyone else
08 Working With Numbers and Processes Handle entry-level numerical work and remove obvious manual steps
09 Working in an Organisation Be someone a manager trusts with a task and a client
10 Building Something Real Show capability rather than claim it
11 The Job Hunt Apply well without being screened out for the obvious reasons
12 Your First Ninety Days and Staying Current Be useful early and stay relevant afterwards

Proof, not promises

Not a polished output, which anyone can now generate. For each portfolio piece the learner records what the problem was, what AI contributed, what they verified, what AI got wrong, and why they decided as they did.

That is the part an interviewer can test, and the part a tool cannot produce for them.

What passing means

Marked across four dimensions: module worksheets (30%), knowledge checks (20%), the capstone (35%), and responsible AI, verification and disclosure (15%). Pass mark 70% overall across all twelve modules, with a minimum of 60% on the capstone and a minimum of 60% in responsible AI, verification and disclosure.

The capstone is marked on reasoning and defensibility rather than presentation. A learner who produces a polished output they cannot explain has not passed the thing this programme exists to teach.

Learners who pass receive a certificate of completion carrying the completion month and year. No accreditation is claimed or implied.

What the institution or employer receives

  • Attendance and completion by learner
  • Assessment outcomes by dimension
  • Aggregate capability gaps across the cohort
  • Programme outline and learning outcomes for internal documentation
  • One preparatory call with the sponsor, and light tailoring of worked examples

Self-learning

Coming soon.

A self-paced version of the same twelve modules is in build. It is not available to enrol on yet, and we would rather say so than take a registration for something a learner cannot complete.

Register your interest and we will contact you once — when it is genuinely ready. This is a single notification, not a marketing list.

Facilitation

Delivered by Aditi Vohra, who brings over 16 years of experience across retail and fashion functions, including considerable leadership experience in India and the GCC. The programme is built around the judgement, verification and work habits young professionals need as they enter organisations. It is led personally, not by a trainer pool.

Worked examples are constructed composites, clearly labelled as illustrative scenarios. They are not client case studies and do not imply a real engagement or a typical outcome.

Start with a conversation, not a proposal.

Twenty minutes is enough to tell you honestly whether your cohort is at the right point for this — or whether it is not.
